JOB DESCRIPTION

Required for a Large Property Development Company (Realty Sector) in Bahrain.

Requirements:

#Applicant must have a University degree in QS or Civil Engineering.

#Minimum 8 years (or 3 years with RICS)Experience in take-off, estimation,tendering, site measurement, administration of variations and claims of which minimum 3 years of experience in the Arabian Gulf region.

#Must Possess good inter personal, analytical, presentation, communication and report writing skills.
